Key Lime Air Corporation d.b.a Denver Air Connection Our most recent major project was Key Lime Air, a passenger and cargo airline which has been in business for over 20 years and was navigating a precarious period in its history without any internal or external communications infrastructure; no plan for executing marketing and branding, no elevated employee recruitment plan in a highly competitive market and the need for an aggressive business development plan in a time when regional airlines are being pushed out by the majors.
In less than one year from commencement of the contract, Critical Mission is proud to have achieved all goals set by Key Lime’s owners. We developed a team of internal and external communicators who work daily to engage, inspire, retain and recruit employees; develop strategies and execute programs that build internal and external awareness and buy-in for the airline’s culture including its mission, values, and vision; supported positioning efforts of company leaders; identified content development opportunities; sparked new ideas that supported employee engagement; and integrated all communications strategies to advance the company’s culture, goals and long-term growth strategies.
Swift Engineering, Inc. For nearly 30 years, Swift Engineering's design and manufacturing innovations have produced championship winning race cars and next generation aviation and aerospace components. Swift Engineering embarked on the design of an advanced vertical take-off and landing autonomous vehicle.
Swift asked Critical Mission to build a broad-spectrum operational, marketing and communications plan where none had existed. Swift needed to identify potential consumers in specific markets, define consumer requirements, draft aircraft operational specifications that aligned with consumer requirements, build a brand for its aircraft, develop a budget and project timeline for launch and growth, develop an emergency response system for aircraft incidents or accidents and originate strategic partners to develop and test industry specific applications and marketing strategies.
