We Use a 9 step D, E & I Process With 4 phases
to Create An Impactful Initiative

1. Phase 1 - Data collection and analysis to determine and quantify the need for change
       a. Data compiled to compare internal metrics to local labor market
       b. Identify problematic areas in current company profile

2. Phase 2 - Strategy Design to Match Business Objectives
       a. Address current policies and practices affecting D, E & I
       b. Identify Business Objectives for initiative including corporate culture, brand and recruiting and retention

3. Phase 3 - Implementation of the initiative
       a. Used culture handbook and new intranet communications systems to obtain employee buy-in, awareness and support
       b. Defined initiative action items at departmental company levels and distributed initiatives and task for implementation
       c. Communicated initiatives and progress to employees through intranet and external communications channels to bring awareness to company efforts and progress

4. Phase 4 - Evaluation and Continuing Audit of the Plan
       a. Used intranet and social media analytics to measure success and adoption of initiatives. Used employee focus groups to measure buy-in. Inserted questions in recruitment process and exit interview to assess program impact
       b. Left system in place for successor to measure and adjust program to continue to improve
